Working with us

What does 11OCLOCK do?

We engineer, ship and support production to enterprise-grade systems: enterprise platforms, systems integration and automation, cloud and production operations, and ongoing support.

Who will I work with?

Directly with the two partners, Mmaphuti (SMK) Madiope and Nephtally (Mosh) Moshabeshe. Both partners stay involved in every engagement. No hand-offs to people you have never met.

Can you work with our existing systems and team?

Yes. Much of our work is integrating with, extending and stabilising systems already in production, alongside in-house teams.

Where are you based?

South Africa. [CONFIRM: WE WORK WITH CLIENTS REMOTELY / IN WHICH REGIONS]

Engagements and pricing

How does an engagement start?

Email or call us. We start with a discovery conversation about your goals, systems and constraints. You then receive a written scope, timeline and cost before any work begins.

How is pricing structured?

Every engagement is quoted in writing after discovery. [CONFIRM: FIXED-SCOPE, TIME-AND-MATERIALS AND/OR MONTHLY RETAINERS]

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share confidential details.

Ownership, security and data

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

Your code, data, domains and infrastructure accounts stay in your name. Transfer of intellectual property is set out in each agreement. [CONFIRM STANDARD IP TERMS, E.G. ON FULL PAYMENT]

How do you handle our data?

Minimum access, no production data copied without written approval, secrets never in code, and everything handed back at the end. Read our data practices.

How do I report a security issue?

Email support@11oclock.co.za with “Security” in the subject line. See responsible disclosure.

Support

Do you support systems after go-live?

Yes. Go-live is a milestone, not the finish line. We offer ongoing support with agreed response times, monitoring and continuous improvement.

How do we reach you?
